These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our software product ("Platform") designed to allow customers ("Users") to review products and services of businesses while gaining points when members of the community mark a review as helpful. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

Be at least 13 years old.
Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Provide accurate and complete registration information.

3. Account Registration

Users must register for an account to access certain features of the Platform.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Users agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.

4. User Conduct

Users agree to:

Provide truthful and accurate reviews.
Not post any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
Not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Not use the Platform for any illegal purpose.

5. Reviews and Points System

Users can post reviews of products and services.
Other users can mark reviews as helpful.
Users gain points when their reviews are marked as helpful.
Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the points system at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Betareviews or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Users retain ownership of their reviews but grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the reviews on the Platform.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content available on or through the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Betareviews, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
